To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging without tampering. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Any return found to be opened, used, or have signs of damage will immediately void the refund/ exchange.

Begin the return process within 30 days from the date of purchase. After approval

If your return is accepted, you will need to send the product/s back to us and provide a tracking number within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and YOU will have to pay the return shipping cost.

Your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method and may take 1-2 weeks to show up on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and MAKE IT RIGHT.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
