Q: When can I expect to receive my order?

Q: Where can I track my order?

A: You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number once your order has shipped. There will also be a link to track your order. 

 

Q: Can I change my shipping address once I have ordered?

A: To change your shipping address, please e-mail the updated address ASAP to info@vagarisupplyco.com. Please include your order number and correct address.

 

Once the order ships, we can no longer change the address. You will have to contact the shipping company directly yourself.

 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: All cancellation requests must be made ASAP. Once you've received the e-mail stating your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

 

To submit a cancellation request, please e-mail info@vagarisupplyco.com. Please include your order number and name. 

 

Q: What if I want to return my item?

A: We have a 30-day money back guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

 

Q: Oh No! I have received a damaged package, what do I do?

A: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and MAKE IT RIGHT.
